A term used to descibe the face made if you push your lips together in a combination of a pout and a pucker, giving the impression you have larger cheekbones and bigger lips. Not only do you look like a complete douchebag, it just makes people think you lost a big butt plug whilst in a brisk moment of anal pleasure. It is NOT attractive, nor appealing.
